Arrival in Veniceand transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon a fascinating walk of Venice to discover the main tourist attractions of the city. A tour between Piazza San Marco and Rialto to admire Venice in all its splendor and get in touch with its millenary atmosphere.
Beginning in the famous Piazza San Marco in Venice, and a description of the main buildings that overlook it, the tour will continue towards the place where Marco Polo's house stood.
The final stages of our tour will be theDoge's Palace and the Basilica of San Marco, two extraordinary visits to the centers of the temporal and spiritual power of the ancient Republic of Venice.
Now home to one of the most prestigious museums in Venice, the Museo Civico of Palazzo Ducale, the ancient Doges' Palace is a real masterpiece of Venetian Gothic. Presumably built starting from the 9th century, and transformed over the centuries until it reached its current elegant appearance, Palazzo Ducale represented the power and grandeur of the Republic of Venice until its fall.
This suggestive tour will then end within the millenary walls of the Basilica of San Marco, with a guided tour of its golden interiors. Initially built to house the precious relics of San Marco, stolen by two merchants from Venice in Alexandria, Egypt, the Basilica of San Marco assumed the role of cathedral only in 1807, after having maintained the role of palatine church of Palazzo for centuries.

After breakfast, you will leave to discover Murano and Burano Islands, indeed a tour to the beautiful islands of the lagoon is a truly beauty not to be missed!
These islands are by no doubt the gems of the Venetian Lagoon, shining for its glorious past, historical sites and colorful sceneries. With their own beauty: the "glass island" of Murano and the "fishermen's island" are ready to give you an emotion that will forever live in you memories.
Afternoon at you leisure.

Today, after breakfast, you will enjoy a romantic and relaxing morning with a walking tour through the heart of Venice.
Stroll to some of Venice´s most picturesque and less-known areas and embrace the true venetian's atmosphere. With your expert guide you will discover some of the the most famous buildings such as La Fenice Opera House, Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, with its elegant spiral staircase. La Fenice, unfortunately known for being repeatedly destroyed by fire and rebuilt, is the main opera house in the city and it hosted many concerts of great Italian composers like Rossini, Verdi, Bellini and Donizetti. At La Fenice Theatre you will visit its remarkable exteriors, restored several times and finally brought back to glory.
Then you will continue to the Rialto area, the oldest part of Venice and the one which still preserves the most genuine customs and traditions of the city. In the heart of this area you’ll find the famous Rialto Bridge, with its unique staircase densely populated by many shops.
In the afternoon a Gondola Ride awaits you, which will make you marvel in front of the games of reflections and majestic facades dotting the channels. A unique way to discover Venice away from the crowded alleys and admiring it from the water.
