After breakfast, you will have a guided tour of the Ancient Rome.
The tour starts from Via dei CarignanoFori Imperiali and heads towards theCarignano Colosseum, the most impressive architecture of Imperial Rome. After visiting the majestic ruins of the amphitheatre, the arena of gladiator fights, you will first see the triumphal Arch of Constantine before reaching the archaeological area of the Roman Forum. You will climb to the top of CarignanoPalatine Hill, where Rome was founded, and visit the imposing structures of the Domus Flavia and Severiana. Past the Arch of Titus, you will descend toward the valley of the Roman Forum: the political center of Ancient Rome for several centuries and the heart of public and religious life of the Roman citizens.
We will than walk along the Holy Way and then see the Basilica of Maxentius with its massive concrete vaulted ceiling, the remains of the House of Vestal Virgins, the Temple of Vesta, the ruins of the temple dedicated to Julius Caesar, the Temple of Castor and Pollux, the majestic columns of the temple dedicated to Antoninus and Faustina, the remains of the Emilia and Julia Basilicas, the Temple of Saturn, and well-preserved structure of the Senate in front of the triumphal Arch of Septimius Severus. Upon arriving at the foot of Capitoline Hill, you will go back to the Via dei Fori Imperiali, where our visit will conclude.

This morning, after breakfast, you will begin, together with your professional guide, a tour of theCarignano Jewish Ghetto,Tiberina Island andTrastevere.
The Jewish Ghetto of Rome is one of the most ancient ghettos in Italy and even Europe!
In ancient times it was completely surrounded by a wall. The main sign of the ghetto is without a doubt the monumental building of the Synagogue built in 1904. After the visit of the Jewish Ghetto, we will walk on the Ponte Fabricio and we arrive shortly at Tiberina Island.
We will have a fun walk along this very characteristic island wich is mainly occupied by the hospital Fatebenefratelli from the 16th century. But the island itself offers an amazing walk even without specific monuments. The typical houses, courtyards and streets are reminiscent of its medieval origin and will surely enchant you. After this interesting stop we will proceed into one of the most famous and ancient parts of Rome, Trastevere, known for its art, restaurants and pubs, and magical atmosphere, especially in the evenings. After seeing several more attractions, you will finally arrive at the Basilica of St. Maria in Trastevere, one of Rome's medieval gems, where you can admire the famous mosaics inside the church.
In late afternoon your private driver together with your guide will pick up you at your hotel, to show you all the beauties of Rome under the stars.....Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, via Condotti, Pantheon, Circus Maximus and the Gianicolo, with a spectacular view on the eternal city.
The tour will end at aRoman Osteria (grocery and Wine shop), a typical roman one, frequented by locals, where you'll enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by a selection of bruschettas (baked bread with toppers).

After breakfast private transfer to Anagni “the City of Popes” for a guided tour of the Cathedral with its beautiful mosaic floor and its world renowed crypt, better known as “the Sistine Chapel of the Middle Ages” and the Bonifacio Palace.

After breakfast departure to Subiaco, where we will immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the Aniene Valley to give vent to our adventurous spirit by rafting on the river Aniene on board an an inflatable raft, a breathtaking experience!
In the afternoon we will move to S. Vito Romano for an Olive Oil Tasting, the tasting of this fine product will lead you through the taste in places that you had forgotten or perhaps you have never known.
In the evening you will join aCooking Class in a cozy farmhouse. Here you will learn how to prepare real homemade Italian pasta, using fresh and simple ingredients: eggs, water and flour. But the real fun begins when you learn how to roll it out, cut it and above all ... eat it!
